The USPS form 1583 must be filed with any of these Mail Receiving
Agencies you choose. These services are regulated by the US Postal
Service and your Mail Receiving Agency is required to provide a
copy of your Form 1583 to the Postal Service. You should make sure
the service you use is in compliance with these rules and regulations,
including all of the identification and notarization rules.
